Westchase District offers multiple parks and greenspaces for outdoor enthusiasts.
WOODCHASE PARK
Woodchase Park, located at 3951 Woodchase Drive, is a 1.7-acre park packed with amenities and activities. Enjoy a 7,500-square foot activity lawn, a multi-purpose pavilion, restrooms, a dog park, a community garden, exercise stations, and a children’s play area with a climbing wall, water misting feature, and the unique Berliner Twist.
Woodchase Park offers free activities year-round, including boot camps, tai chi, Zumba, and performances by Young Audience Houston. The park is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Check our park calendar for a full list of events and activities.
SNEED DOG PARK
Sneed Dog Park is open weekdays from 4 pm until dusk and weekends from 7 am until dusk. Located at 9855 Pagewood, next to Sneed Elementary School, this quarter-acre fenced park is perfect for your dog to run off-leash. The park features artificial turf, benches, shade trees, and a doggy drinking fountain.
Trailside Park
Trailside Park features a picnic table, water fountain (with pup cup), fixed seating area and a ZipKrooz, a playground zip line that allows children to safely and smoothly glide back and forth along a 30-foot track. The park is located just north of Richmond Avenue along Westchase District’s HCC Campus Trail, which also connects to Library Loop Trail (perfect for joggers and dog walkers).

CAMDEN PARK (COMING IN Spring 2025)
Camden Park is a 3.4-acre park on Wilcrest Drive, which features an activity lawn with multi-purpose pavilion for concerts and cultural performances, sprawling children’s playground with rolling hills, play structures and water features and a fenced dog park with turf-covered mounds, tunnels and separate spaces for small and large dogs. Family-friendly dining is available seven days a week from Sunday Press. Indoor seating is also available in addition to a rooftop terrace where guests may enjoy their meals. The park offers an outdoor reading room with complimentary books, exercise stations and restrooms. Hundreds of year-round free events focus on fitness, education, arts and culture.
